Hi There!
Welcome to Chefs on the Net...
Every few weeks a new challenge with a list of ingredients will be posted. Sometimes these will revolve around a theme but usually will just be randomly selected, depends how creative we feel.
Your job is to create a recipe using all 5 ingredients plus any others you like. You can focus on one dish containing all 5 or spread them over a three course feast - the choice is yours. If you or someone who will eat the dish has an allergy or you can't find an ingredient try to substitute with something remotely related to the original.
So let's get started! Here's how to get your recipe from your brain to the page:

Title - Something creative to describe your dish or just the name of the recipe will do.
Ingredients - List what you used and how much of each. Cups, ounces, grams, spoons, pinches or handfuls we don't mind.
Method - These can be as simple or as detailed as you like so long as another reader would be able to recreate your masterpiece! Times and temperatures should be included.
Notes - Anything else you'd like to tell us: Number of servings? Is it freezeable? Did your Aunt Ethel like it or did it end up dinner for your dog Brian?
Voila! Don't stress too much about your recipe, it's all in the name of fun so just get in there and have a go! Submit your entries by adding a comment to the original weekly challenge. Add a link to a photo if possible (Flickr is a good free photo hosting site), while it's not necessary it does add to being able to appreciate (read: drool over!) your recipe. Judging will then take place and a winner will be announced. The winner will have the winning graphic available to use on their website/blog/livejournal/etc linking to their entry. Also one of their extra ingredients will feature in the next challenge where possible. Of course you can add a recipe to any of the older challenges, the more the better! Feel free to email us if you have questions or just to say Hi, we love to hear from you! There will be some culinary masterpieces and some spectacular disasters while you play around with different ingredients each week, but above all, have fun!
