
After all that partying we have gone with the following five ingredients for something a little lighter this week:
- Seafood - anything you like, of course substitue if allergic
- Chilli - mild, medium, hot or a fire in your mouth
- Rice - long grain, brown, basmati, etc
- Zuchinni - any variety
- Lemons - not much choice but a lot of uses
