Bonjour, mes amis et confidantes.
I am Nic, or I was last time I checked the name written in my underpants.
I am an avid food lover, both chef and gourmand, and I attack cooking with relish. (Sometimes quite literally, as I do enjoy a good relish.)
My favourite foods are, in no particular order: chicken, broccoli, cheese, tomatoes, and pretty much all fruits.
I learned to cook by watching my mother and Huey's Cooking Adventures, and from this I have developed a unique style ... that is to say I often substitute ingredients for things that sound more interesting and measuring instruments have no place in my kitchen. I don't follow recipies so much as look at them for inspiration.
I believe in the fundamental "f"s of cooking - fun, flavour, and f*ck off and do the dishes.
That's rather about it, suffice to say I am quite looking forward to attempting a culinary escapade containing all ingredients listed in the challenge.

Hi,
My name is Maggie, I'm 22, and I can barely cook (lol) but I like to.
I read a lot, especially cooking books, and I'm often trying stuff out on my boyfriend.
My favourite foods are pasta, prawns, snowpeas, and capsicum. Oh and I love dark chocolate. I also like red wine, and it's fun to use it in cooking.
If I had to describe my cooking style I'd say "oh my god" because sometimes it's really bad and other times it's really tasty.
I'm looking forward to a challenge with seafood in it (lol).
